Free delivery from PLN 500
Do not pay for shipping. To use free delivery, place an order with a minimum value of PLN 500. The order may include one or several products. The delivery price will then be automatically reduced to PLN 0 in the cart.
You can choose free delivery to an InPost parcel locker or free courier delivery by InPost. Free delivery does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.
Shipment tracking and order processing time
Every shipment sent by us has a tracking number. You will receive a tracking link in a separate e-mail after the order has been dispatched. Courier and parcel locker shipments usually reach the recipient within 1 business day from dispatch.
Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 p.m. on business days are usually shipped the same day. For cash-on-delivery orders, shipment is made after telephone or e-mail confirmation.

InPost Parcel Lockers
InPost Parcel Lockers are a convenient parcel locker system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your parcel usually arrives at the selected parcel locker within one business day from dispatch.
Available payment options include prepayment or cash on delivery. Parcel insurance is always included in the shipping cost.
InPost Courier
When you choose InPost courier delivery, your order is delivered directly to the address provided. Shipments usually arrive on the next business day after dispatch. If the processing time changes, for example during peak periods, we will inform you in advance.

Poczta Polska
Delivery via Poczta Polska is a traditional postal delivery option. It can be useful for deliveries to smaller locations or, after individual arrangements, to addresses outside Poland.
The standard domestic delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from dispatch. International shipping times and costs vary by destination country; please contact us for details.
Parcel insurance is included in the shipping cost. Available payment options include prepayment or cash on delivery.
Personal pickup
We allow personal pickup of ordered products after arranging a suitable time in advance. To ensure smooth service, please contact us first:

This allows us to make sure your order is prepared and ready for collection. Please contact us at least a few hours before the planned pickup.
The pickup address will be provided after the pickup time has been arranged.
Important information about receiving parcels:
For your safety and to avoid claim-related problems, please check the completeness and condition of the goods in the presence of the courier or pickup point employee. If you notice any missing items or damage:
- Immediately prepare a damage report together with the person delivering the parcel. The report is the basis for accepting a claim concerning damage or missing goods.
- Contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the next steps.
